Abstract
A novel multiplex PCR assay was developed to identify genus Listeria, and discriminate Listeria monocytogenes and its major lineages (LI, LII, LIII ). This assay is a rapid and inexpensive subtyping method for screening and characterization of L monocytogenes. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
