Abstract:
With the DISTO spectrometer, exclusive eta production in pp collisions have been measured at kinetic energies of T-beam = 2.15, 2.50 and 2.85 GeV, respectively, via the pi(+)pi(-)pi(0) decay channel. The resulting angular distributions of the eta are important for the interpretation of dilepton spectra obtained in elementary as well as heavy ion reactions.
