Abstract: 
We study the possibility to measure the elastic Phi N (Phi equivalent to J/phi, phi(2S), phi(3770), chi(2c)) scattering cross section in the reaction (p) over bar+d-->Phi+n(sp) and the elastic D((D) over bar)N scattering cross section in the reaction (p) over bar+d-->D(-)D(0)p(sp). Our studies indicate that the elastic scattering cross sections can be determined for Phi momenta about 4-6 GeV/c and D/(D) over bar momenta 2 - 5 GeV/c by selecting events with p(t) greater than or equal to 0.4 GeV/c for Phi's and p(t)(p(sp)) greater than or equal to 0.5 GeV/c for D/(D) over bar-meson production.
