Abstract:
We report on a 26-year old asymptomatic woman where an ovarian pregnancy was diagnosed during routine ultrasound in the 10(th) week of gestation. The tentative diagnosis was confirmed by laparoscopy which also led to removal of the ovary due to advanced infiltration and destruction.
