Abstract
alpha-(Dimethylamino)benzyllithium (1a) and its complexes, 1b-f, have been characterized by their solid-state C-13-NMR spectra. The spectra are comparable to those recorded in solution and can be used to reveal the structures of the different solvates of the title compound.
