Abstract
The feeding habits of males and females of Ch. homalodemus showed some differences. In the control the male consumed less than the female. The reluctant feeding habit of the females leads to the suggestion that the repellent effect of NSKE lasts longer than the exposure time. A choice test showed that Ch. homalodemus did'nt feed on treated cabbage leaves when untreated ones were available.
