Abstract:
In continuation to our beta-endpoint measurements of short-lived Rb-isotopes at ISOLDE we have determined precise beta-endpoint energies of 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146Cs using our achromatic magnetic electron separator that eliminates low energy electrons. Here only electrons in the neighbourhood of the beta-endpoint are recorded in a low background environment.
