Abstract: 

The third publication about results of the long-term-field-experiments of the "international working group of soil fertility" is given on the base of the curves of yield of the plants on the different locations. In the foreground is the question on the okological reasons of the great differences of the yield-curves-parameters of the different locations. The examination of the maximum-yield in function of temperature and precipitation during the time of vegetation (April to September) give no clear correlations. The same conclusion is for the influence of factors of soil-clay-content and soil-humus-content.

The cause lies in the specific interaction of the factors of climate, of the soil and the influence on the plant growth. This is demonstrated in examples of several locations.

The results give indications for the judgment about the factor water and the fertilization of nitrogen on the different locations. Thereby the results give the suggestions for further examinations and evaluations.
