Abstract
Continuing the I. communication (humus development) the soil data concerning development of nitrogen and carbonat contents as well as of cation exchange capacity are presented and interpreted. The examined parameters prove the superiority of organic to mineral fertilizing. Positive discrepancies to the humus content point to remarkable improvement in the quality of humus during the period following the supply with manure. The results from 5 different variants of manuring give hints to agricultural practice. The positive efficiency of clay substrate application as well as the negative effects of a change-over from grassland to arable farming have been proved in quantity.
